He works with JLR stakeholders, architects and business analysts to deliver their requirements. In addition to that he works closely with the development team ensuring that they know in detail what needs to be delivered and how. He has experience working with Amazon Web Services to host the platform.

Tom is responsible for the continuous delivery of high quality code, working with the CTO and other engineers to deliver on the company's visions and goals. He is also responsible for the deployment of code and infrastructure. Tom works heavily with open source, cloud native technologies and is passionate about Go and kubernetes.

Responsible for a native mobile app which built a bridge between employees and their environment through IoT technologies with the intent to enhance productivity and well-being in their working experience. Valeria works closely with the development teams to provide the best solutions in a fast Agile process.

IT Engineer with over 15 years’ experience in the IT profession from private sector to Managed Services. Possesses a strong background in IT Infrastructure, software and hardware procurement, installation, configuration and administration of Windows based environments including Active Directory Services in both a physical and virtual environments with an ability to assist in the day-to-day running of IT departments and its business IT systems.

Ryan is the CEO of iLockerz Ltd, where he's responsible for the sustainable growth and well being of the company and the awesome team that makes the business a success.
Starting his business life as an engineer for Keytracker Ltd, Ryan worked his way through product dev and key account management roles before setting up iLockerz with seed funding from Keytracker in 2015. This product development, account management and engineering experience gives Ryan the ability to work closely with customers to create the ultimate electronic locker product for their needs, whilst also growing the company through key account acquisition and strategic partnerships overseas.

David is responsible for managing the development team that build the WONDR platform, as well as overseeing the technical side of the company’s long-term strategy and identifying opportunities arising from new or emerging tech. As the CTO of a small business, he also gets his hands dirty with some Golang and PHP.

Juweria graduated in the summer of 2020 after completing four years of her degree in Computer Science at Birmingham City University. After completing her studies, she joined the team at Synaptek. Juweria's responsibilities are mainly to automate processes at HS2. This includes provisioning infrastructure and minimizing the manual effort of existing processes. To do this, she uses an automation platform called Workato and Ansible.

Before joining Spherica in April 2020, Stephen was a Business owner of an IT and Digital services company for 7 years providing IT and Digital services and consultancy to SME businesses across the UK.. Previously to this he was employed as a Resource and contact strategy manager working in Natwest/RBS and managing projects and strategies within their Debt Management and Fraud operations centre for 5 years.
Since joining Spherica in April 2020 as a Project manager, Stephen has built the professional services division to now include Technical Architects and Consultants as well as IT Project management professionals. The professional service division now has 7 team members and manages over 30 projects on a monthly basis with both private and public sector clients.

Niamh Jones has worked for over 7 years within the hyper-growth software as a service space. Niamh has over 3 years experience in Product Management, delivering a first-class product at Voxpopme which recently achieved 1st place in GRIT’s Qualitative Research Provider category. Niamh has studied Product Management at University of California Berkeley and is a co-curator at ProductTank Birmingham, a monthly event run by Product people, for Product people.

Daniela’s role is to manage the Information Security Management System, to support the programme of Security Information Assurance activities and ensuring that issues are identified, reported, addressed/escalated or accepted as appropriate. This also includes internal audits, user awareness, owning security incidents, writing policies, approving firewall rule changes, monitoring/maintaining compliance with regulatory, contractual and legal requirements and ensuring ISO, PCI, CE certification as well as maintaining good GDPR AOC. Engaging with stakeholders and create and maintain relationship to allow for security to be effective and applied across the business.

Lenard comes from a gaming background which is what he enjoys doing in his spare time. With this interest he decided to study games development at university. After university Lenard decided to work on games in his spare time only and move into software and changed his focus to work on a number of technologies such as AR, VR, MR, Web and mobile apps.
Now, Lenard works on developing mobile apps for both Android & iOS in a Scrum methodology. He is currently working on porting an App from Xamarin Forms to Xamarin Native which requires fixing a lot of bugs and implementing new features.

Taran is an interactive 3D designer who specialises in the design and development of virtual and augmented reality experiences for the architectural and engineering industry, as well as heritage applications. He is responsible for managing a small team of 3D artists and unity developers providing clients with immersive application development, consultancy and training in 3D technologies, 3D data conversion and 3D scanning and printing expertise.

Tyler had a unique entry into tech, taking an apprenticeship approach as a Software Tester, and soon, after being head hunted he quickly grew to QA lead. Focusing on Automation test allowed Tyler to get exposed to a wide array of CI/CD technologies which then inspired him to take a dive into DevOps, in which he focused and within two years grew to DevOps Lead, leading a team of 5 DevOps engineers. After being offered an opportunity to join Conigital as Technical lead focusing in Autonomous Vehicles, he quickly honed his skills in leadership, helping Conigital scale efficiently to around 35 engineers, all working under Tyler.
After leaving his mark on Conigital and allowing them to be in a place where they can move forward for their Pre-series A investment, Tyler got offered an opportunity to join RedBrain as a Team lead, leading a team of 6 engineers in a high paced, technology heavy environment.

Yiannis is the Founder & CEO of Birmingham Tech CIC, a community initiative designed to inspire the next generation, help businesses ScaleUp, and create an environment where people can collaborate and celebrate success. Yiannis has over 17 year’s experience in marketing and technology, where he’s helped a number of innovative organisations successfully scale. His career started at B2B SaaS company Rant & Rave, where he helped them grow from challenger brand to a market leader that eventually sold for £50m. Following this, he was chosen as the UK Chair for the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA) which is the largest community of CX professionals in the world. He holds a number of NED roles, including on the West Midlands Combined Authority’s Digital Skills Partnership and Bruntwood Sci-Tech’s Birmingham Board. Yiannis is a seasoned speaker and has spoken at many of the top business schools and has been invited by Salesforce, HubSpot and Google to speak at their events. During his career, he has also been named Central England’s Entrepreneur of the Year, Outstanding Tech Individual of the Year and awarded a place in the prestigious Marketing Academy.
