The Science and Technology Facilities Council (STFC) is a research and innovation organisation at the forefront of UK Science and Technology. Through the Bridging for Innovators programme, STFC is funding the University of Birmingham to deliver Science to Industry (S2I) in partnership with the Manufacturing Technology Centre.

Funded by Bridging for Innovators, S2I is a new and innovative programme on a mission to help small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) access world-class science and hi-tech expertise to overcome product, process or R&D based technical challenges.
