Birmingham Research Park is home to the BioHub Birmingham, a fully serviced biomedical incubator and accelerator designed to house life science companies from proof of concept through to expansion.

The BioHub provides both shared laboratory and single-occupancy mixed office/laboratory suites. Shared laboratory space tenants join a vibrant community of early-stage biomedical companies, on bespoke, flexible terms with flat monthly rents.

All tenants have access to a wide range of facilities including reception services, meeting rooms, conference facilities, and an on-site café. Tenants also benefit from the support of qualified laboratory managers, who can arrange access to the expertise, services and equipment from the University of Birmingham.
