IT Support Bootcamp:

Are you looking to get into IT? Get certified as an IT Professional with a globally recognised qualification.

Developed with leading employers, the Generation IT Support Bootcamp is a free 12 week instructor- led programme that covers all the key skills you’ll need to launch your career in IT Support. 

Our curriculum covers modules in hardware, software, mobile devices, networking, operating systems and security. In addition to teaching you these technical areas, you’ll also learn the necessary soft skills to make a great helpdesk or 1st line support engineer. 

What we’re offering….

  • Gain an IT certification from the Service Desk Institute -a leading global community for everyone working in the IT service and support industry.
  • Access a career in technology-  the UK’s fastest growing sector (6x more than any other).
  • Earn up to £24k as a starting salary and after 2 to 3 years progression to Team Leader, Desktop Engineer or System Administrator (£24–35k).
  • Receive support from a mentor whilst you study with us. At the end of the programme, we’ll connect you to employers with great career prospects, which we’ll help you apply and interview for.
  • Continue to receive your benefits if you are receiving Universal Credit or other work-related benefits such as JSA or ESA, we will work with you to make sure you continue to receive these during the programme.

Bootcamp 2:

AWS re/start Cloud Engineering Bootcamp:

Want to launch your career in tech? Get certified as a Cloud Engineer with a globally recognised qualification.

AWS re/Start is a free,  full-time 12-week skills development programme. Run in collaboration with Amazon Web Services, this bootcamp prepares individuals for careers in the cloud and connects them to potential employers through real-world, scenario-based learning, hands-on labs, and coursework, learners gain the technical skills they need for junior cloud roles, all while being supported by expert instructors.  AWS re/Start also focuses on building professional skills such as adaptive communication, time management, and collaboration. The program’s mission is to build a diverse pipeline of entry-level cloud talent.

You don’t need any previous experience or qualifications to be part of the programme, just an interest in a tech career.

Launch your career in tech with the Generation Data Engineering Bootcamp.

Data is one of the fastest growing areas in tech. With career paths leading to AI, machine learning and Big Data, now is a great time to gain the data skills to launch your digital career. 

Delivered in partnership with Infinity Works, Generation’s Data Engineering Bootcamp is a free, 12- week instructor- led programme that will equip you with the skills to build and maintain the tech systems that enable companies to navigate huge amounts of data, smoothly and securely.

Data Analyst:

Launch your career in tech: become a Data Analyst

Demand for data skills has tripled in the past five years and it is one of the fastest growing areas in tech! On this free, 12 -week bootcamp, Generation will provide you with the perfect launchpad to enter a career in data analysis. 

What we’re offering…

  • Free training You’ll learn all you need to be successful – from programming skills to the employment essentials that will help you achieve your potential. All programmes are delivered fully remotely.
  • Connect with hiring employers. At the end of the programme, Generation will enrol you to the Graduate Hub, helping you prepare for interviews. We will connect you with employers looking to hire data analysts at the time, support you in job applications, and help you transition into your working life.
  • Mentor support during and up to 6 months post programme
  • Continue to receive your benefits if you are receiving Universal Credit or other work-related benefits such as JSA or ESA, we will work with you to make sure you continue to receive these during the programme.
