Yiannis Maos commented:

“Venturefest West Midlands is a great opportunity for entrepreneurs to connect with one another, discuss opportunities and find out what’s going on across the region. We are delighted to be running a session at the event, where we’ll be letting people know what to expect from our new accelerator and how they can get involved.

Our region has been long-known for its vibrant, diverse and entrepreneurial spirit and this is why Birmingham has been crowned UK’s regional startup capital for the seventh year running. However, to truly realise our potential, we need to create more ScaleUps that create jobs, wealth and a sustainable & resilient digital economy.”

Concluding the day will be Minerva Birmingham Pitch Up, the premier pitching competition that provides the opportunity for ambitious businesses to improve their ability to win investment while simultaneously boosting their business profile.
